One of the areas’ fine quality furniture stores, AUSTIN FURNITURE, announces the closing of their store, located at 4150 Atlanta Highway, in Athens. At the conclusion of their Great $4,000,000 Store Closing Sale, which begins Friday, May 27th, the owner will be retiring and concentrating on other business and personal interests.

“We have enjoyed a tremendous relationship with the people of Athens and surrounding communities for 42 years. We have now made the strategic decision to close this store and sell out our entire and complete stock.” said Glenn Austin, Owner.

The Lynch Sales Company, an internationally known sale event specialist, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, will coordinate the Sale. “We expect tremendous crowds due to the low prices we will be offering. Everything, including our newest merchandise and special orders, will be included in this Historic Sale”, said Mr. Austin.
