Dear Chris,

We at Charlotte's have just wrapped up our 12 week retirement closing sale and are extremely pleased with the results! 

We met our sales volume goal, we exceeded the traffic goal with over 10,000 visitors and we were able to keep the advertising expense at 4%. The 6 designers that were brought in by Lynch were "Top Notch". We would have missed out on closing sales the first 10 days without the additional qualified support. They were familiar with our resources and were excellent in creating custom orders. 
Joe Connolly was remarkable in guiding us on this unfamiliar journey to close a business that has thrived for 66 years. He worked tirelessly each day of the sale knowing what needed to be done through every phase of the process. 

We feel very fortunate to have chosen Lynch to conduct this final event of our long history bringing it to a successful conclusion.
