Dear Sirs:

We would like to thank the people at Daniel Lynch Sales Company who assisted with our sale. Mr. Dickason and Mr. Zuliani who introduced your company to us did so in an entirely professional manner and were the chief reason for our decision to use your services. Although we had many reservations about how the sale would be conducted and where all the business would come from, they were quickly laid to rest once the sale commenced.

We would like to offer a special thank you to Mr. Tim Garrett, the conductor for our sale. The professionalism he exhibited in conducting all aspects of the sale exceeded all expectations and was greatly appreciated. From the day he arrived, he took control. His ability to motivate 17 sales staff and keep them “up” over the course of the sale was remarkable. It was also remarkable that after the long hours put in each day tagging or working the sales floor, he was able to arrive the next morning in an upbeat manner that picked everyone up. We learned a lot from Tim, and would certainly use him again, should the opportunity arise.

Finally, we would also like to thank Tim’s wife, Claudia, for the help that she provided during the course of the sale. Her assistance in tagging the floor and keeping track of the daily results proved to be invaluable to us and to Tim.

All in all, the whole experience has been both fruitful and positive. Thank you, Tim and Claudia, and thank you Daniel Lynch Sales Company for a job well done.
