Once again I find myself writing to you (unprompted!) to congratulate your company on our 2nd and best ever Refurbishment sale event. It ran like clockwork, exceeding our top estimate by 20%. It really could not have gone any better.

Your man on the ground Steve Domney is a credit to your business, working hard (2.30am finish first day!) He is excellent with customers and staff and most of all putting the interests of my business above all other considerations.
