We ran our first Lynch Sale in 2014 and were gobsmacked by the result, particularly the first two days which were incredible. Mel, your our coordinator, was tireless, professional and real gentleman. So, we booked early for another “Daniel Lynch” for Autumn 2016.
We hoped that could get close to those 2014 figures. You chose Ray Lewis to run our event; when we met Ray, in our planning meeting, we were reassured that he would fit in with our team and his knowledge of the furniture trade would give us every chance. The campaign you designed was aggressive and comprehensive in its scope and scale. We were confident but still a bit nervous that we would be able to match those numbers, especially after all the fallout from Brexit.
The sale delivered even more business than our first Lynch Sale, over £327,000 in two and a half weeks. Result! All credit to Lynch and especially Ray for managing such a magnificent sale. We sold a lot more clearance this time around and despite a local competitor mounting their own “look alike” event, we stole the market.
