Our experience with every aspect of the Lynch Sale and every member of your team was beyond our expectations. Thank you so much. Your team integrated very well with our operations and adjusted accordingly, which was paramount to the success of our sale. We have already instituted some of your management principles and policies moving forward.
I would like to personally thank Gordon Zuliani, Greg Paprocki and Stewart Kerr for outstanding contributions as conductors. It was great to see your staff doing whatever was necessary to make the sale successful. Perhaps I should not mention their excellent merchandising and warehousing skills, but it really helped motivate the whole combined Up Country/ Lynch Sales team.
After many years in business, it is easy to group marketing and sales promotion companies as one and the same; that is all talk – no or little action. Our initial meeting with you was a little out of desperation since we had several slow months, thankfully after a little research, your company stood out as an industry leader and we made the right choice.
Your plan and forecasts before the sale began were accurate and precise; we appreciated the well laid out plan as to expenses and budgets. Advertising came in well below your projections, which is an amazing feat. Personally I would like to apologize for some resistance from our company regarding your marketing and advertising plans. Not only were they necessary for the sale, they were actually exactly what the consumer expected to help create excitement and close sales. It is our intention to use your services again, even though your methods could be easy replicated by us now, the energy, commitment and management of making the sale successful would be very difficult for us to duplicate.
